UPON ORDER COMPLETION, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER WITH ALL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE SPECIFIC ORDER. ALL ITEMS WILL SHIP 5-6 DAYS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER, ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER. IF YOU REQUIRE THE ITEM IN LESS THAN 5-6 DAYS PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL AND WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO CATER TO THE REQUEST.

UNWORN JEWELRY IS ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED FOR SHOPPING CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. REPAIRS

AT FIVE2 JEWELRY QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP IS OF OUR UTMOST CONCERN. IF YOU SHOULD EXPERIENCE THE NEED FOR REPAIR ON ANY PIECE OF FIVE2 JEWELRY PLEASE CONTACT CONTACT@FIVE2JEWELRY.COM PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, ORDER NUMBER AND REPAIR ISSUE.

FIVE2 JEWELRY WILL REPAIR AT NO CHARGE ANY BREAKAGE CAUSED BY MANUFACTURER DEFECT WITHIN 120 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PURCHASE. REPAIRS NEEDED AFTER 120 DAYS OR DEEMED TO BE CAUSED BY MISUSE WILL INCUR A REPAIR CHARGE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. REPAIRS WILL BE ASSESSED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND COMMUNICATED PRIOR TO THE REPAIR PROCESS BEGINNING.

WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT REPAIRS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON FIVE2JEWELRY.COM. REPAIRS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT ONE OF OUR RETAILERS MUST BE RETURNED THROUGH THE ORIGINAL POINT OF PURCHASE AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AT FIVE2 OFFICE.

SALES TAX

SALES TAX IS APPLICABLE ON ALL ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN UAE AT THE CURRENT LOCAL RATE. ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF UAE  ARE NOT LIABLE FOR SALES TAX. FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES, LOCAL DUTIES AND FEES WILL APPLY WHENEVER APPLICABLE AT THE MOST CURRENT RATES. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES AS ALL ORDERS SHIPPED ARE DELIVERY DUTIES UNPAID (DDU).
